Green Boost

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium-sized cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 green apple cored and sliced
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 1 cup of coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Add the cucumbers, spinach, green apple, and ginger to a blender.
  • Pour in the coconut water.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother texture (optional).
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum freshness and nutrients.
